SKILL DEVELOPMENT
- Children learnt to make mango pickle and mango Jam. We are using it during breakfast and lunch times
- Children learnt to maintain kitchen garden. This time we have many fresh vegetables like green chillies, Brinjal, Lady fingers, spinach, carrot, radish,
Mint and coriander etc.
Children learnt about making veg and non veg noodles, pasta, chicken rice, sandwiches, porridge and few other sweet dishes.
ART AND CRAFT
Photo frames, bracelets, handmade cards, posters, charts, candle stand, pen stand and paper flowers were made by children. They learnt creative ways of using the waste materials.
AWARENESS
PRACTICING FORGIVENESS : Coming from abusing background they are taught to forgive and be compassionate and considerate toward family and friends.
SEX EDUCATION
As many children have faced sexual abuse therefore in the month of MAY they were given sessions on how to handle such situation by superintendent Mitika Satyarahi under the supervision of Miss Alka Hamid Masih.
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AWARENESS
Children were given an awareness class on how the sound system works. Mic, mixer and amplifier and speakers were explained to them.
